Edison Amberola 30 Bought at Wayne.

Post by Edisonfan »

Okay, now that I have a an Amberol 30 cylinder machine. Which brings me up to three Edison Machines. I am living up to my nickname. As soon as the batteries in my cammera, recharge. I will post a pic of my new machine. Which BTW, I bought at the Wayne Show.

Congrats, Edisonfan. I love my Edisons. :-)

A few years ago my parents bought me a "modern" Detrola.

I have since sold it, but the stand that came with it is a perfect fit for the my Amberola 30! I couldn't tell you where to get this stand... but just wanted to put it out there. :-)

Happy birthday Aaron! How nice to have a birthday roughly coinciding with the Wayne show, although I have never hesitated to buy myself birthday presents at the Union Illinois show even with a birthday in January.

Edison fan! Looks like you have quite a bunch of cylinders lined up to go on that 30! Congratulations on your purchase!

Paul: Was that the Amberola from the back room that I pointed you to, or the one I spotted on one of the tables near the middle of one row?

Near the middle of one row. On one of the tables, Bill.

Happy Birthday Aaron.
