Interesting Facts: Sports a mahogany Douglas case and Music Master spruce horn. Larry, I'm going to cry now... These mahogany 5's are very classy. the Music Master horn just adds further class. The one I owned, had a badly warped top. In fact, two others I have seen over the years had the same problem. I wonder if this was an inherent issue...??.
I wish I kept mine now. Oh well, as my Wife say's...."you can't keep everything"......   .

That's gorgeous!! It reminds me so much as a large Victor IV. A very nice machine, indeed.

A beautiful and interesting variation of the Victor V - - thanks for posting it. :)

By the way, is the cabinet marked or identified in a catalog or advertisement? I'm interested in how it was identified as a Douglas. :)

That is a beauty.

I don't mean to be gauche, but what would be a fair value for that very machine ? $ 2000.00 or so?
