Yes please take loads of photos. The ones from last year were great to see (I think 3 Victrola's took those).

I've been to that Bennigans! I'm shocked that you haven't run into a few other collectors yet; when I was there, we ran into a whole bunch. Enjoy the show, John. I'd go, but I've got some fun phono leads that I've got to take care of down here in sunny Virginia!

Re: Leaving for Union tomorrow
John,
Are you the only one from our little group here that you have run into? Is the crowds down at Union this year also? I would have sort of liked to come but if I did I would most likely ended up buying something while I am busy trying to get rid of things as usual, so better not to temp myself. Plus its a bit of a drive for me that I just didn't want to contend with. Like the others though I sure hope you or someone will be able to show some of the things we all missed seeing.

Re: Leaving for Union tomorrow
The crowd was pretty big this year. I did notice that Paul Baker, Scott and Denise Corbett, Jerry Madsen, and perhaps other dealers weren't there. The 'overhang' area wasn't quite as crowded with dealers as usual. I'm not sure how sales were. I bought some parts I needed and a few records and books . . . oh, and one of Bob Baumbach's exponential iPhone horns . . . but I didn't buy any machines. The one thing I could have died for was well out of my price range this year anyway! I took just a few pictures before being totally overwhelmed . . . I'll try to post them later.
I did run into Sharon (3victrolas) and Ken, which is always a pleasure! I think she was the only board person I encountered, though.
