Here is an interesting item in the collection. I’ve never seen another.
This is probably a dealer give-a-way advertising piece, it is from a music house in West Virginia.
The instructions are to fold the card in half and blow into the top.
“A tune can be played, a Parrot or Roster imitated, etc”
Fortunately it was little used and the vibrating tissue at the top and the felt are still intact.
Notice in the left mirror image that the crank is on the wrong side!

How is it supposed to sound, like a hair comb with a tissue paper? But through a small horn formed by the body of the victrolita...
One can always do one thing: preserve the original, and make a copy in suitable similar materials to test it...
Can you send another photo with a ball pen or something beside it to take an idea of the size?
