The top one is a coat hook, and the bottom one is part of the volume control for a diamond disk machine. It's the part that goes inside the horn and the mute ball would come out of the end of it. That's what they look like to me anyway.

The top one that looks like a coat hook goes to a transom window lifter assembly. The little nub at the end holds it in place so it doesn't work its way out of the lifter rod eye. Have one just like it on my kitchen transom window. Tho a simple piece, it's the part that always gets lost whenever these lifter rod assemblies get salvaged.

Right on the second one, at least: don't know about the first...

I could see where that hook would work for a transom, but I used to have an old wardrobe that had hooks like that all around the inside of the thing to hang things on. Makes sense though that they used some of those things for more than one purpose.
