Nobody knows huh? I thought someone would have something on this one. Maybe a homemade cabinet? Anything?

It looks a little like a Thorens machine to me, although I haven't seen one with the inset turnings before. Normally there would be bevelled glass panels there. The brake & speed control appear to be Thorens from what I can see, and several of the machines in the 1914 catalogue have those "feet" too.
You'd really have to examine the case to see if it's an original, because there were a lot of Thorens repro's made in the 70's, but they will be of pretty poor quality timbers & joinery. Some even have masonite bottom boards.
