Of course, Abe. I would love to get more details on this. I could only find some very vague info about the contents where they say it was composed of "carbonates, phosphates, and organic detergent".

While I do not know what the carbonates could to the soap wax of a cylinder, the major phosphate component might be sodium triphosphate which would increase the cleansing ability. However, it does also have the effect of retaining moisture. More reservations are against the unspecified organic detergents which could be anything. It would certainly require to be completely wiped off with purified water to remove any remaining layers. Even if they are not visible, they must be there as carbonates, phosphates, and organic detergents do not fully evaporate like IPA. So far, isopropyl alcohol has served my cleaning requirements quite well and is chemically simple enough for not worrying about long-term reactions. But again, I would like to learn more about it.
