I don' have a one-ninety machine to check this, and I've looked in the Baumbach books and still am not certain about your springs. Another publication I have seems to identify your motor as a later Victor Motor Type M series, used after 1917. If your double spring barrel has a raised rim or "lip" around the outer edge of the barrel opening your springs may be of the bent-end type. Without the lip might indicate an eye/hook setup. Look for signs of two rivets around the outside of the barrel.
Ron Sitko has extensive notes regarding what springs go with different motors, and he'd be a good one to contact.

Good luck with your research!
