Nickel Plated Mahogany Edison Triumph

Post by Phono-Phan »

Was anyone on the Forum the lucky winner of this Edison Triumph? I didn't even get a chance to get my card up as the bids were all online. It had some problems but still brought a hammer price of $6500 plus the 18% buyer's penalty and tax. I believe it came from the factory as a 2-minute only machine. The 2-4 minute conversion parts weren't nickel plated. Also the cygnet horn bracket must have been located wrong as there are two extra holes in the back. There was a 10 panel horn on it. But, this is still a very rare Edison and should clean up nicely.
