SOLVED: Edison S19 Phonograph Speed Adjustment Issue HELP!!!

Well I was trying to adjust the speed dial since my player was not hitting 78rpm and now all my player plays is Chipmunk music lol. Anyone I appreciate tips!! How do I adjust it back. The speed knob used to shut the platter off when turned all the way to right. Now it spins at 80rpm instead of off.

SOLVED:
BAM I figured it out!! Found the adjuster screw. Loosened it up, adjusted the governor break to where I wanted it, then re-tightened! BAM!! See photos!!
