I was barely 13 when I was given an Aeolian-Vocalion. Its original grille cloth hung in tatters, so I knew I'd need to replace it. I still cringe when I recall my choice...! :)

What was the original S19 cloth? I have a really cool print or knitwork that seems to have been installed in the 20s due to the way they installed it. I'll get pics when I get home. Has a Roman or Greek feel to it.
