Found this in a box of records and figured I'd do a quick scan in case someone wanted to see a copy.

Thanks for posting this, but could you do a new scan at 300 dpi that includes the entire pages? The missing edges on the two pages make this unusable for inclusion with an original machine...

Not a problem, I just need to get to the fancy scanner at work. Did a quick one from home.
