 Post subject: What brand is it

I just picked this up on freecycle. Free of course. I have no idea what brand or what it looks like if it was complete. Odd that horn hole is way off center. Thank guys

Judging from the hole, the starting point for the reproducer would be at about 2 o'clock on the turntable...
