Wait, are you facing Canada or Mexico when you say left...?

Thank you, Mr. Sherman and all who contributed to the guide. I greatly enjoyed Mike's rarity/value article. I wish more eBay sellers with rare off-brand phonographs would read it!

When I found out that Mike Sherman was writing this guide, it got me interested because I know he is a very detail oriented guy and very hard worker in the hobby, as witness his Victor and Edison record discographies. And the points that George Paul made about the necessity of having a price guide in this hobby are very compelling. Other serious hobbies have price guides, such as antique cars, why not phonographs. This is necessary and overdue. Marc.

I'm getting ready to sell a couple of machines. Is there anyone I can pay off to temporary up the prices on some of these machines in the guide?

For that matter...maybe lower the prices on machines that I want?

George and Michael -

Thanks for this effort. Like expressed, I have mixed feelings, but these can be helpful when buying or selling as a reference. I know that this was no easy task and I for one appreciate your work!
