I bet you're right about Van and Schenk! I was wondering of the festive lass in the front beside Santa might be Marion Harris. Columbia was big on her at this time. I was wondering if the guy with the boater hat in his hand might be Frank Crummit.

I'm inclined to agree with you about Frank Crumit and Marion Harris. They were both blondes and the female head may be blonde (or is that a hat?). I wonder who the dour looking fellow is above Jolie?

I've looked at this a few times, and it seems there are only 6 reindeer. Are Comet and Cupid off on break?

No . . . I think that Dancer and Prancer are off 'hoofing it' to the latest hits!
