Victor Logo?

Found this today, not sure what it is for. Any thoughts? It is made of cast iron, fairly heavy.

Thanks! Cliff

These show up from time to time on Ebay. I believe they were used on speakers as a grill.

Digging a little deeper, this is the grill for a film projector speaker, not related to the Victor phonograph company at all. Bummer. Off to Ebay...

It's from the speaker cabinet of a 16mm Victor motion picture sound projector.

Clean it up... paint it... and mount it to your car/truck grill...
