This probably won't help you much but that is a RichTone phonograph by Great Eastern Mfr's. Co., Chicago, Ill.

My best guess is that the tonearm and reproducer are generic, third-party manufacture. You might try perusing old ads in Talking Machine World, or old supply catalogues like "Honest Quaker", and compare them with your machine. If you can find out what make and model the reproducer is, then you have a starting point: you can inquire among parts suppliers like George Vollema, and see if they have any spare parts.

Really, it is a Rich Tone made in Chicago by Great Eastern Mfg. I am not sure about the tone arm and reproducer.
