Yes, the video played fine. It is nice sounding phonograph (a great tune, too).

Perfect, Thank you! I've been playing records all afternoon, just got the motor to play nice today with 3 new springs.

From what I've seen and experienced, Saal motors are well designed and engineered but the springs tend to be second rate quality- replace them and the motor is fine.
