What is the correct procedure for rotating the Stylus in a reproducer and/or the Cutter in a recorder?
Are they simply pressed into the holder, or is there some adhesive?
Also, how do you 'grip' the Stylus/Cutter?
Thank you for any info.

Re: Stylus rotation
Here are three prior threads where it is discussed. I admit, exact details are lacking, however.

A pin vise is nice for gripping the stylus.

Re: Stylus rotation
I use soft tweezers to hold the sapphires. They are held in place with molten shellac. I would not suggest a sapphire rotation to an amateu as the sapphires are known to “ping” out of tweezers and go flying. To be cost of $30-$45 for replacements. I do these daily.
