Hi, Please post a picture of a side view to be sure.

But to my eye it appears to be a common Columbia black horn. The brass end is different and I cannot ID it except that it appears to have the Columbia set screw on it, so it maybe a common horn with a not often seen adapter for a phono rather than a disk machine (Columbia Elbow). I will leave that to the Columbia collectors to hash out.

Please post a side view picture and length with out the brass bit. That will help ID it correctly.

This appears to be the all black Columbia horn. If the length is 14" with an 8" diameter bell, then it is definitely a Columbia one. The brass fitting is probably an aftermarket adapter for use as a cylinder horn.
