It didn't sell, so now it's relisted at a higher price. Seems like an odd strategy, but good for the seller if it works.

he's probably hoping for a best offer close to what his opening bid was on the last auction (that got no bids)... thinking the buyer would then think he got a good deal with a $500 discount if his $2000 best offer was accepted.

I also notice that he no longer claims it's a "factory mahogany finish" as in his first listing. It's now a "vintage mahogany finish". I dunno. For a person who claims to have been collecting for 25 years he doesn't seem consistent on his facts.
