It looks like a Model A Triumph to me, equipped with a horizontal carriage.

Is that a Bettini reproducer in the horizontal carriage?? The neck of the horn is very wide.

By the look of it, I suspect somebody took a disc machine horn and elbow, and placed them on the phonograph. I don't see any evidence of the counterweight, etc., that you'd find on a Bettini reproducer.

The crane doesn't look quite kosher, either.
