Graphophone at Antique Shop - Please identify

Post by toysbyroy »

I found this Graphophone in an antique shop behind glass. Could not tell the model, but the price was $395.00. What is it and is it worth the asking price. Thanks, Roy

It is a Columbia Q in pretty nice shape. I don't think the price is completely nuts, but if you like it I would try to get a bit off. They are nice and fun machines to own.

I like the green oak finish. Is there a horn and reproducer? If so, it would be worth it in this condition. But you can always make offers.

If you enlarge the photograph to maximum you can see that the reproducer is on the machine. No signs of a horn, though. Good Luck!
