RCA Victor Advertising Poster - Oscar Saenger

Picked up a neat RCA victor poster a few weeks ago at auction. The poster measures 21.75" x 36".

I found that Oscar Saenger (January 5, 1868 - April 20, 1929) was a singing teacher. With the Victor Talking Machine Company he produced a complete course in vocal training in twenty lessons.

Has anyone seen this poster before or have any info? It as advertised as c1916 and there is some sort of serial number/date on the bottom right hand side.

Looks like a Trolly Card advertisement to me. Very collectible!
