Polly portable oscillator

Hi All,
George Epple arrived an hour or so ago with his Polly. His oscillator is 16 ⅜ inches in diameter with a 47 degree section cut out a 1 ⅛ inch wide strip ¼ inch hole 0.017 thick brown paper oscillator. The paper is very hard compared to folder material. I am not up to posting a picture but would be glad to forward his email of a picture to anyone.
