I have just come in possession of an A-275. While researching the history of the model, I came across this thread http://forum.talkingmachine.info/viewto ... 275#p81746 Even though there is only 360 or so of the A-275 model, the high #'s seem to indicate the A-275,A290 and maybe others where #'d using the A-250 numerology. Most likely renumbered when the B series started. I would be interested to hear from others and what they have learned.
Anyway, here are a few pictures of my new machine. she is in excellent shape through and through. I am in the process of cleaning her up, and hope to have her humming very soon. I don't know if the pictures do it justice, but this is one gorgeous machine. I can see why it ran, with standard mech and other small modifications, close to closing of the factory.(From B-275 to SI-19)

In short, is not liberty the freedom of every person to make full use of his faculties, so long as he does not harm other persons while doing so?
