E Toman co Orthophonic copy or replacement

when was this made?? found 2 NOS are they a portable replacement?, how old ?

In my opinion, that's a generic replacement, probably made with different backs for many machines. The Victor cast in the back indicates it is for Victor machines. Easy for the merchant to identify.

I think you may be correct ....as to vintage it must be 30s 40s ....after Victor no longer existed ....does not sound bad even on an 8-30!
