Spotted this Brunswick console on a local antique store Facebook page. Looks like a nice one. But what model is it?

Looks to be a "Chippendale". See RJ Wakeman's Brunswick book on the APS site, page 196. A reproduction of an ad there notes it is electrically operated and costs $450.
