Is this tone arm correct?

Post by ts_13 »

This looks wrong. Any ideas on this tone arm? I have never seen one with a bend in it on a VV-IV.

No, it is not correct. Looks to me like two tonearms were joined together. A good test for any machine is to place the reproducer in a playing position.. The needle should touch or come very close to the spindle. Jerry Blais

Agreed, but with so many small variants out there I was wondering if I had missed something. Poor little VV-IV

I believe it's a VV-VI in mahogany and well worth a little effort. As I see, it visually needs a tonearm and the correct crank. Jerry Blais
