Has this horn been repainted? Might be worth price.
Stumbled upon this horn for $90, but I cant tell if it has been repainted or not. It's a ten panel, with an interesting design in the center, but looks almost TOO good. I don't know much about these horns, so it could be a good price. Thoughts?

Definitely... REPAINTED. It definitely does not look TOO good... 
At $90, it's worth the price IF:
You need it
You want it
You like it
You are not looking to re-sell it at a profit
And, most importantly, you have an extra $90

Could be wrong, but it looks like just the inside might have been painted, looks like brush strokes in the paint where the light reflects off of it, the outside might be right

I has been repainted but as said above if you want it buy it. It will display nicely. With the dents in the metal there are no chips, cracks, faded paint, or missing paint that is normally in a older horn. Tom
