Newly Acquired: Pathé' Actuelle Model H

Just picked this sweet machine up and have some questions:
1. Would do you think the cabinet is made of?
2. It did not come with a vertical sapphire stylus; are these on eBay okay to use on this machine?

You can use a Pathé type sapphire stylus to play Pathé and other vertical cut records, a diamond stylus to play Edison Diamond Disc records or steel needles to play standard lateral cut 78s.

Don't forget to rotate the cone and needle chuck when you want to play vertical or lateral records and make sure you have the correct "needle" in place for the type of record you want to play. Beautiful cabinet!! Mine is plain old dark mahogany. Mark

Walnut is beautiful. I have a model H red mahogany. I had never noticed the H. But still your bottom doors look different then mine. Your machine is grand! Neil
