You have no idea how funny I think it would be if it was an Amberola 30 buried in there
John, you are risking bad phono karma by posting your answer directly to the thread. But you are wrong. If you had been correct you would not have been eligible for the fine set of Nipper salt & pepper shakers and they would continue to reside with the other 97 pair. :D

So far I've had three PMs from members that follow the rule but all were incorrect plus one voided one from the class troublemaker, John. :) If I post more photos it will give it away so I'll wait one more day with the Nipper salt & pepper players on the line. After that I'll post more photos. Until then I hope you join the fun and send me a PM with your best guess.

Well, you sucked me in for another 30 minutes, and bupkis.

The focus of my search was by looking at the only likely aspect that was unchanged and keeping in mind the crank is located toward the back of the cabinet. That, and Jerry said it started off humble. I take that as a common machine. Trying to ignore the fancy stuff with this.

PS: Jerry, I think the grill is upside down. I always see the Lyre with the open-end up. So how about a peek behind the grill.

Very sorry. I didn't intend that to be an entry, just a joke.

Sorry for the delay. James, I wanted to double check the hundreds of entries for accuracy. OK, actually there were 22 entries with suggestions ranging from a Silvertone to a Columbia Harmony. A Sonora was mentioned a couple of times.

The winner is:
Hi Jerry,

My guess is this is the Victrola VI dressed up in a fancy case. Sure looks nice!

Regards,
Glenn
Damfino59's entry was received at 9:24am today. That was 23 minutes before Emerson's entry which also suggested a Victrola VI. So sorry Emerson. Glenn, if you will forward your address I'll get your very valuable prize headed your direction.

Thanks everyone for their entries. Jerry Blais
