Columbia BG Case Bottom

Post by Phonomark »

Can anyone provide me with a picture of an original bottom board on a Columbia BG...? I have a need to find or make a replacement and I need a visual reference.

PM would be great. Thanks for the help.

Will these photos of my BG help? I forgot how heavy this machine was!

YES....That's perfect....the third photo down really shows what I was looking for. Thanks so much for taking these photos.

Someone replaced the bottom of a BG that I am helping a new collector in the area restore. It's his first machine. These photos will give him a good understanding of what is needed.

And...yes, these machines are surprisingly heavy.

Best...Mark

Here's a picture of the BG case bottom on the one in question. The entire bottom mush be a separate piece? Because there is a bottom rounded detail missing on this one.
