Ekonowatt motor mount up to bed plate?

I had purchased a cheap ekonowatt motor off of eBay last year for reasons unknown, and I figured its time to play with it. I was curious if the mount that comes on them will mount up to any Edison Home or Standard etc bedplates. Wouldn’t mind making an electric phono to play with. It looks like it’s the same mounting shape...but I’m at work and can’t measure it. Thoughts? The picture I took off google, looks a lot like it.

It won't mount direct to any phonograph I believe without modification, if the screw holes lined up you'd have the problem of the speed adjuster and mounting bolts sticking out proud,I made a phonograph to work with an ekonowatt motor (http://forum.talkingmachine.info/viewto ... =2&t=37456) but had to make my own cabinet to mount the ekonowatt, there probably are other ways around it, such as mounting the ekonowatt to a metal plate or wooden board, with cut outs to make way for the speed adjuster and bolts then drilling holes in that board to mount it to a phonograph bed plate, it's a good bit of work though
