Armistice Day

Post by Canuk Phonographs »

Today marks the end of World War 1. One hundred years ago, this terrible war ended. Please remember those who gave up their lives and those men and women serving in today's military.

A perfect day to get out your copy of "Let Us Not Forget" and play both sides.

In addition to the special "Music of Victory and Liberty" jacket pictured above, DD 50509 was also issued -

with the traditional DD Jacket
and with paper-label, as well as etched
and had an associated "trade-card"

I am not aware of which, was issued with what.

I had heard that the "special jacket" will fit inside the traditional-jacket, but have not attempted due to fragility.

Insight welcome.
