Is this a victor horn converted to an Edison horn?

Post by Mormon S »

I saw this on CL, and I'm wondering if this horn is a victor horn modified to fit an Edison phonograph, or is it original and was trying to replicate the look?

Thanks
Martin

What a shame. A decent looking Victor black flower horn modified (apparently) for use on an Edison Home model B cylinder phonograph. :(

It could be salvageable. Maybe I can match it with the back bracket and elbow form my "mystery phonograph" post that I got for $25
