Early VV VI - How many plays on a winding?

I have a early VV-VI with flat crank. How many sides should I get on a winding? I am only getting one 10” play out of a winding.
I'm just guessing but I'd expect a Victrola VI, with a double spring motor, to play at least three 10" records and maybe more with everything in good shape and a full winding.
