I think it's a custom piece likely by by a known period furniture maker that used Heinemann parts. I think it was originally a crank machine otherwise there would be no need for the relocated crank hole. The reproducer is interesting but I'll bet it's Heinemann also. Would be nice to know what the mfr is that ends in "ranges". Looks like there should possibly be a first initial there too to me.

I agree it is custom also George. I cant figure out the manufacturer but I swear it is one letter followed by oranges. I believe it is A. Oranges?
