Is this a real Victrola.?

Saw this on ebay listed as a 1912 Victrola VV-IVa phonograph but doesnt look like any i have seen. What do you think? If it is a Victrola, is it rare?

This is definitely a "Franken-phone" cobbled together at some point. The internals are from a portable, and the case and horn are home made.

Yea, i suspected it wasnt, i dont even see any Victrola parts other than the tag
