I’m using an elbow and horn, both apparently original, from my parts bin.

Quite frankly, I haven’t been this excited about acquiring a machine since my first Opera. Even my wife loves it.

Spectacular! I've been fortunate enough to see 4 Rosenfield Illustrated Song Machines in the same place at one time (thanks, George!).

I'd love to see yours operate. Would you be willing to take a video?

Best,
Fran

I apologize, I should've specified "under the hood" so to speak. I enjoyed the 2 you posted immensely, and I'm always impressed with the fact that these incredibly complex mechanisms work at all!

Thanks Raphael!

Fran,

No need to apologize. But all the action takes place from above, basically all you can see down below is what's in the still pictures.

The reproducer is on the way to Dr. Wyatt for a sapphire transplant. It will be interesting to hear the sound when it gets back here.

Wyatt has already fixed the reproducer and it’s on the way back to me. I am anxious to hear the difference in sound.
