Need information on this Herzog cabinet
I know it’s Herzog because of the feet, but the wood is mahogany and I’ve only seen them in oak. The knobs are original and I unscrewed one to confirm no evidence of different knobs. The mounting is just like my other Herzogs. What are your thoughts? I’m planning to just clean it and order replacement pegs.

Re: Need information on this Herzog cabinet
This appears to be a Herzog No.712. They were available in either oak or mahogany. Obviously, oak outsold mahogany by a considerable margin since most cylinder phonographs were in oak cabinets.
