You can have the record pressed with a slowed down version and play it on a steel needle machine once and you get a 78!

Fine, being serious, you can technically make an LP a 78 with a steel needle but you shouldn’t.

Re: 78 rpm label?
If you know all the answers - why ask the questions???
Now here is a real question - Why do you believe that you can make a 33 ⅓ LP into a 78 with a steel needle?
Also, why is your user name misspelled?
"SHREDDED VINYL GROOVES SOUND BETTER THO"???

And why haven't you discovered our excellent search forum here - or for that matter, competent grammar?
There is the Lathe Trolls forum, which had some threads about 78rpm mastering and playback; there were all the Steve Hoffman boards like Audiokarma, and there's experimentation with homemade equipment.
This forum is a beginner-friendly place but only if you treat it, and the userbase, with respect.

I noticed my username was misspelled a while ago, my fingers are too fat to properly select the te, so I got et. If I could, I would fix it.
