VTLA Modified???

VTLA Modified???
I think that the record compartment dividers are an owner modification, but they look well done. Has anyone seen this before?

Owner addition, I'd think. I do not see any color on the rails holding the discs in place. Very strange to see. Also note the top two compartments have 'nubs' on the bottoms. What are they doing?
