VV 2-35 Lid Support
Could someone post some pics of their VV 2-35 lid support. Mine is all bent out of shape and I'm not sure which way to get it back. The pin on the arm is too big in diameter to fit in the slot where I think it should go.

For both the VV-2-35 and VV-2-55 the lid stay was attached to the metal record storage compartment. The lug or post attached to the bottom of the curved lid stay fit into a slot, as the image below indicates.

Oftentimes, the record storage compartment and its attached lid stay is missing, and another lid stay has been Jerry-rigged, so I agree, a photo of your Victrola would be very helpful.OrthoFan
