Phonograph Items we have FOUND Broken

Post by Neophone »

Folks,

I just had to start this thread to show you something you don't see every day:

This came with my C-19. Somebody made a real effort to do that!

John

Now that's what you're telling us happened, but are you sure you didn't do that yourself? ;) ;)

I did that once. It I jammed the top drawer on my old C250 shut without looking and did just this to Dardanella and Make That Trombone Laugh . I was about 14 at the time so I have an excuse. Kinda.

And here I thought you could drive over a DD with a tank and break it...

John - It is a strange thing to see an Edison DD like that.

So I found her a little broken, but I don't have the $ to do anything to this right now. ;-)

Lenoirstreetguy,

I've never tried to break on of these, I'd imagine one would need a lot of force to do it. How hard do you close that drawer? Rocky, the left half-always the left half. ;) Zeppy, yeah but you should see what happened to the tank!

Sean,

OOh you're evil! LMAO! ;)

D., Did you get that VV-125? That'll be a beauty!

John

Well, sometimes people like to break twigs and branches over their knees...maybe someone got mad when their DD machine stopped playing! :D
