I just read at a german news site that the CD/DVD-R brand Taiyo Yuden, known for its professional quality blank media will be renamed into Victor Advanced Media, owned by JVC (Japanese Victor Company).
Although there is no real technical relation to the old media, I thought it was interesting enough to post it here.
