Hey guys, I found an ad on Craigslist for a Victor Revere on the west coast. It's not labeled as such and the pictures are blurry, but that's what it is and for what seems to be an affordable price.

I think those are some of the worst photos I’ve seen on Craigslist for a phonograph yet...
Apparently the phonograph was drunk (¹) and may come with modern effects processing (²)?
It may well be worth further investigation, though.

I’m still confused what ‘reverb 906’ is supposed to signify.JohnM wrote:"reverb 906", "wined" . . . . ahahahaha! DUH!
Even the Google search for it was less than edifying.
Do 78s sound better with a bit of added reverb?

"reverb" has to be revere misspelled. Maybe a 3-digit serial #?MordEth wrote:I’m still confused what ‘reverb 906’ is supposed to signify.JohnM wrote:"reverb 906", "wined" . . . . ahahahaha! DUH!
