Suggestion for music

Hi,

I am currently looking for some old and slightly creepy sounding music. I need something preferable with a female voice. The music would also be helpful if it is slow paced and not happy (since I need creapyish).
It does not matter if you cannot understand what the singer is saying (probably better if you cant).
I am looking for the music for a magic act I am going to be attempting while at University. It is for a seance type floating table effect.

I would really appreciate any help any one can give with suggestions for music as I am at a complete loss.

It be not old enough (being from the 1950's) but you could try some of the singer Yma Sumac. Her "Voice Of The Xtaby" CD should be easy to find and fits what you are describing.
