We've had a rush of Sweet Georgia Brown transfers posted recently, and I wanted to add a couple to the list.
Here are two very (understandably) different recordings by Isham Jones and His Orchestra, both (I believe) recorded in Chicago. The second is usually listed under Bing Crosby recordings, because of his very prominent vocal solo (which also highlights his wonderful way with singing jazz), but the very strong arrangement and orchestral performance certainly add to the mix. Ish himself plays tenor sax on both (the earlier recording is another early "Light Ray" recording, but not as bad as some later ones from the NY sessions!).
