Passing It On To Future Generations in Music
While at the antique center in my town recently browsing I saw a father with his two young sons. I showed them an Edison Diamond Disc record, and I told the man and his sons a bit about them, the Tone Tests, and how they were recorded, vertically instead of laterally, such as Victor records. It is a privilege to pass this information on to future generations!edisonplayer

It was a good opportunity to get the younger generation interested.

As I have said many times, some people think these machines are no longer functioning etc., they also think of the lesser appealing songs. Now with the new reproduction records being made, I think this can really help alot.

I hope you're right. One thing in their favor is that the records are real music not the crap we hear today.
Surely things will get better!
